Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Benefits Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial for the successful implementation and day-to-day administration of our diverse global benefits programs. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator who excels at managing processes, collaborating with internal and external partners, and ensuring a seamless and positive benefits experience for our employees worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global C&B team to support the implementation and ongoing administration of all global benefits programs, including commercial health insurance, wellness initiatives (e.g., health checks), meal vouchers, pension, and other local benefits.
- Manage the end-to-end process for new hire enrollments, qualifying movements / changes, and terminations globally. Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in all transactions with our vendors and internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Legal, and Finance, to ensure all vendor contracts and renewals adhere to internal procurement protocols.
- Oversee and execute the vendor payment process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice reconciliation and payment to all benefits providers.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and escalations regarding benefits plans, policies, and enrollment processes.
- Investigate and resolve employee issues by liaising with benefit vendors and internal teams, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Assist in developing and executing multi-channel communication plans to educate employees on their benefits options, open enrollment periods, and any program updates.
- Assist in updating and maintaining internal benefits policy, process guides, and resources on the company intranet.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve benefits operations for greater efficiency and a better employee experience.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR, Benefits Operations, Insurance Broker, or a related C&B / HR Operations role.Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is highly preferred.Familiarity with a variety of benefits programs (health insurance, wellness, etc.) is essential.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures and departments.Problem-solving mindset with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues systematically.Fluency in English / Chinese (both written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.Education
