Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience, with supervisory or higher-level experience in a production environment. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and team members. Ability to manage flexible production schedules. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to learn. Own transport is required. Lead production teams to ensure smooth operations, manage workforce allocation (including overseas alignment), and enforce ISO / safety and company policies. Drive 6S-based continuous improvement, analyze performance to reduce waste, resolve cross-functional issues, mentor supervisors, and use systems for accurate reporting and planning.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee production teams and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage workforce allocation, including effectively job alignment with overseas countries.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Implement 6S methodology and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production reports and data to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve production challenges.
- Train and mentor supervisors and production staff to enhance performance.
- Utilize computer systems for reporting, planning, and documentation.
