Regional E-Commerce (DTC) Account Manager

At Arche Digital, we are hiring a Regional E-Commerce (DTC) Account Manager to lead 5–10 DTC accounts across APAC, collaborating with the Singapore team. This is a unique opportunity to work with leading brands in the APAC region, driving direct-to-consumer growth and harnessing the latest marketing and e-commerce technology.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the strategic lead for 5–10 DTC accounts across APAC, with annual GMV targets, and build yearly joint business growth plans with client C-suite and internal leadership.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across AnyMind’s ecosystem (logistics, media, influencer marketing, product development, conversational commerce, etc.).
  • Identify and prioritize growth levers : conversion rate optimization, AOV / attach-rate, traffic mix (paid / owned / organic), pricing & promos, bundling, new product launches, cross-border expansion, and retention programs.
  • Partner with performance media to improve ROAS and incrementality; calibrate budget across channels and markets.
  • Understand and build project financials to ensure top and bottom line growth.
  • Run compelling QBRs / MBRs with CFO / CMO / CEO personas; translate insights into financial impact and build executive alignment on trade-offs.
  • Manage and influence workstreams and teams in local markets; drive on-time delivery using clear briefs.
  • Own performance narratives through funnel analysis, cohort / retention, merchandising and marketing performance.
  • Create dashboards and run experiments (A / B tests) to validate hypotheses and scale what works region-wide.
  • Leverage platform and partner programs to unlock new growth and maintain a POV on regional consumer trends, calendars, and local compliance.
  • Support the acquisition of new clients through referrals, case studies, and participation in pitch processes.

Who You Are

  • 5 years in e-commerce growth / account management or brand-side DTC, in agencies or Direct brands.
  • Proven track record hitting GMV, efficiency and revenue targets across multiple markets.
  • Executive presence with C-suite (comfortable with financial models, trade-off decisions, and challenging assumptions) with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication—can turn complex data into crisp narratives and next-best actions.
  • Nice To Have

  • English fluency; Asian language proficiency (e.g., Japanese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Mandarin) is a plus.
