Associate Manager / Manager, Finance

Requirements : Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• Preferably 2 - 5 years relevant experience within Banking & Finance or Fintech industry
• Experience in leading a team
• Strong understanding / appreciation of excel, accounting software, automation tools using API
• Good knowledge of relevant technologies (e.g. RPA) or methodologies (e.g MACRO, VBA) to improve user experience and streamline work processes
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and proactive
• Willing to challenge status quo
• Preferably trilingual
• Note : You must be willing to commute to Singapore 3–5 days per week as part of role requirements till probation ends unless stated otherwise by the hiring team. (Transportation Allowance will be given when needed to commute)

The Associate Manager (Finance), Malaysia, is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance operations for the Region's offices, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies both regionally and locally. This role also supports group-wide finance activities, including consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination.

In addition, the role will work closely with the Singapore finance team on cross-border matters such as financial reporting, process alignment, system enhancements, finance-related projects across the region and establish the finance team in Malaysia.

This is a cross-border role requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across both Malaysia and Singapore.
