Job descriptionExecute end-to-end procurement processes—sourcing, cost comparison, PO issuance, delivery tracking and perform goods receipt. Ensure compliance with company policies during supplier negotiations and contract awards. Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative supply sources. Monitor stock levels, raise Purchase Requests (PRs), and perform goods receipt. Responsible for co-op operations activity Conduct scheduled stock counts and maintain audit-ready records. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent qualification. 1-2 years of working experience in Procurement Ability to use POS system will be added advantage Good command of English and Mandarin for effective communication with certain suppliers and parents.
