Housekeeping Attendant

Overview

• Cleaning the assigned guest rooms and other areas of the hotel (e.g. elevators and lobbies).
• Maintaining proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond to customer complaints in a positive way and keep the customers satisfied.
• Ensure the room is properly set and clean before the guest arrives.
• Assessing and answering to guests and customers’ questions and inquiries, when necessary.
• Supporting and assisting the laundry team.
• Performs additional duties as needed.
