Opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers, solving problems for them and ensuring they have everything they need.

Typical Day

You arrive 15 minutes before the centre opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners missed. Customers then arrive in a fast‑moving stream : someone may ask for a WiFi code change, another for a package status, a woman may need directions to her meeting room, or help setting up a projector and ordering drinks. While sorting the mail and handling other requests, you also email previous customers about their packages, plan networking events with the Community Manager, write and print invitations, post notices, and politely guide groups to nearby restaurants. Once the day is finished you tidy the centre and depart.

Qualifications

• A good communicator, able to build strong professional relationships and empathise with people’s needs
• Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations
• Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages
