Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at YLG CONSULTANCY INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD' as an Assistant Manager. In this full-time role, you will be based in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur location, where you will play a key part in supporting the management and operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for the viewing and sales of Malaysian real estate projects;
  • Provide customers with consultation on Malaysian house purchase laws and regulations, loan policies, house delivery, leasing and other links;
  • Accurately understand customer needs and provide high-quality real estate projects, asset allocation and investment advice;
  • Provide customers with one-stop solutions and distinguished services with consulting sales;
  • Maintain existing customers and actively realize resale;
  • Familiar with the new policy of Malaysia's second home, international schools and other related application processes;
  • Good image and temperament, positive and full of positive energy;
  • Love the sales industry, have strong initiative, self-confidence, communication ability and affinity, and have a certain ability to resist pressure;
  • Have good dedication, team spirit and clear goals;
  • More than 1-2 years of mature real estate sales experience or overseas real estate sales experience is preferred;
