Our Project Managers enjoy working in a fast paced environment and love the challenge of discovering what drives and moves consumers. Our Malaysia office is hunting the APAC landscape for a passionate and driven PM that will lead a global brand account and continually review and optimize the work team produces, and collaborate with the project management team to establish effective ways to lead teams and processes.

Here’s where you come in.

• Life Cycle Management
• Plans, mobilizes and manages projects holistically, keeping them organized and moving smoothly from start to finish to ensure successful completion.
• Demonstrates ability to build accurate project plans with budget, schedules, resources, and processes in mind.
• Write and execute statement of work, scope, cost estimate, tasks, timeline, budget, and development based on project requirements and plans.
• Organization
• Keeps information clear, accessible, and accurate.
• Ensures assets and materials are tracked, organized, categorized, and delivered consistently, efficiently, and effectively.
• Framework, Process & Requirement
• Understands and uses agency tools e.g Workfront and processes to streamline project planning, mobilization, and management.
• Operationalize people's time and their work optimize team's availability through effective resources management
• Plan key touch points such as kick-offs, brainstorms, and deliverable reviews.
• Ensures teams and work follow agency, client, advertising frameworks / best practices and legal requirements.
• Drive Operations Excellence - Provide suggestions on ways to optimize through close collaboration with finance, client service, operations, and legal on project and client requirements.
• Strategic Understanding
• Understands the purpose, context, and implications of key parts of their role as it relates to the larger organization.
• Focuses on big picture thinking and analyzing information that demonstrates an understanding of the "why" for clients, the team, and the work.
• Problem Solving
• Ability to think critically about a problem and proactively find effective and sustainable solutions to help resolve.
• Applies learnings from prior projects / experiences to the current work.
• People Management
• Build and cultivate strong and collaborative partnerships with team members cross-departmentally in order to successfully drive the work forward for the team, business and client.
• Communication
• Ability to apply active listening in order to gather deeper context & insights to fully understand the needs of the team.
• Using appropriate, transparent, and accurate details & context when communicating.
• Being clear and effective to specific audiences (whether it's written or verbal).
• Proactivity
• Self-starter in daily tasks; works well independently and as part of the team.
• Ability to adapt to different situations and make proactive adjustments where necessary.
