Actively market and sell residential properties within our current portfolio.
Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries provided through our company database.
Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
Maintain strong knowledge of market conditions, competitor activities, and Lagenda Properties' product offerings.
Participate in sales events, roadshows, and team meetings.
