Executive - Purchasing

The incumbent is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and procurement of packaging materials, raw materials, spare parts and services. He / she liaises with vendors and factory personnel to confirm parts specification and follow closely until arrival of the item. He / she is required to monitor inventory movement to ensure replenishment is made on a timely basis according to min-max and safety stock level. The incumbent checks and investigates complaints of non-conformance product received and liaises with supplier for replacement. He / she executes purchasing procedures to ensure compliance with company policy. The job holder motivates subordinates to improve productivity and performance. Recommends process improvement to purchasing and store operations. He / she ensures the daily Material Requisition and Good Received are updated correctly into the ERP system. Conduct ISO internal audit, annual vendor performance evaluation. He / she shall supervise a group of purchasing / store clerks. Job Requirement

Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field 3-5 years experience in purchasing / procurement, manufacturing industry preferred. Experience in forecasting, vendor management, store management. Strong negotiation, planning & analytical, problem solving & communication skills. Familiar with inventory management software. Possess good working attitude, able to work independently, multitasking and also a team. About the Company
