Job descriptionLead the concept development , design, and execution of multimedia content for campaigns, social media, websites, and digital platforms. Create and oversee the production of motion graphics, videos, animations, and interactive visuals . Collaborate with the creative director and marketing team to deliver strong visual communication aligned with brand strategy. Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers and interns , ensuring consistent quality and creative standards. Manage multiple design projects from ideation to delivery within given timelines. Ensure brand consistency across all multimedia outputs and maintain visual quality control. Keep up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies in multimedia and motion design. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external vendors when required. Contribute ideas during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.
