Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management : Support the development and maintenance of trusted relationships with clients, understanding their goals and aligning Mastercard's solutions to meet their needs.
- Account Management : Assist in managing day-to-day account activities, ensuring timely responses, smooth operations, and high client satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth : Identify opportunities to grow account revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic initiatives.
- Sales Strategy Support : Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies that drive client success and Mastercard's business objectives.
- Negotiation & Presentation : Prepare and deliver clear,pelling presentations and proposals; support contract discussions with a win-win mindset.
- Market Intelligence : Stay informed on industry trends,petitor movements, and market dynamics to support strategic planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues across product, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.
- Financial Literacy : Use financial data and performance metrics to support decision-making and reporting.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.2-3 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, or client services.Strong interpersonal andmunication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.Analytical mindset with a good understanding of financial concepts.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services industry is an advantage.A collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented mindset.Corporate Security Responsibility
