About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Yellow Cafe in Langkawi.

As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of our staff.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver a consistently high level of customer service
• Oversee the smooth running of all restaurant operations, including inventory management, and staff scheduling
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and mentorship to your team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Liaise with the management team to identify and implement process improvements
• Monitor customer feedback and implement measures to continuously enhance the customer experience
