Base pay range : MYR5,000.00 / yr - MYR13,000.00 / yr

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies : daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs
• Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals
