We are seeking a cheerful and energetic Software Support Specialist responsible for handling all inquiries from our Hong Kong clients related to accounting software. The ideal candidate will be proactive and attentive, ensuring continuous support to maintain and enhance our company’s production workflow. Responsibilities : Act as the main contact for Hong Kong clients, handling support requests and system questions via calls and emails. Quickly and professionally solve technical problems to keep clients satisfied. Make accurate system settings to fix software issues. Use remote access to troubleshoot and fix software problems on customer devices. Meet personal KPIs, support team goals, and follow company procedures. Help with data migration and provide product training when needed. Join special projects and pre-implementation meetings to support business needs. Follow company policies at all times. Qualifications : Preferably Diploma or relevant qualifications in any related field. Good communication skills and able to speak, read & write in

Cantonese , Chinese and English. Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field (Accounting / Finance / IT Support / Customer Service is preferred). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Must be able to work in Q Sentral.
