About the Role

Senior Sales Executive – You will play a key role in driving sales growth and brand awareness for Pulse's HRTech and Fintech solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Develop and implement sales campaigns to generate brand awareness and leads.
Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor landscape.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Min 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B technology sector.

Strong understanding of HRTech and Fintech solutions is a plus.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly motivated, self‑directed, and results‑oriented.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
