Overview

Reporting into the Finance department, this full-time Account Executive role at BOON LEE USED CAR SDN BHD' will be responsible for handling a range of accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Based in our Jitra, Kedah office, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth financial operations of our growing used car dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
  • Processing E-invoices, purchase orders, and payments in a timely manner
  • Preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses as required
  • Assisting with tax and compliance-related tasks
  • Providing administrative support to the Finance team as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in using accounting software such as SQL
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
