Role

As a Risk Analyst (Level 2 / 3 Support) , you’ll be a key player in stopping financial fraud and supporting our customer service team. Picture yourself as a data detective, diving into transactions, spotting suspicious patterns, and helping keep our clients’ businesses secure.

What You’ll Do

Data Verification : Ensure principal data is accurate and reliable.

Transaction Analysis : Dig into user records to detect anomalies that signal potential fraud.

Fraud Detection : Conduct in-depth reviews to identify trends and reduce risks.

Team Collaboration : Partner with customer service to share insights and guide fraud risk management.

Case Investigation : Analyze fraud alerts, investigate risks, and report findings.

Issue Reporting : Document incidents, bugs, and issues for quick resolution.

Task Prioritization : Manage priorities to meet business deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.

Knowledge of financial fraud, especially cyber fraud techniques.

Experience in Gaming, Web3, Fintech, or Payment Gateways is a plus, but fresh grads with a passion for data analysis are welcome!

Strong analytical skills to tackle large datasets and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) ; SQL skills are a bonus.

Sharp attention to detail for accurate fraud investigations.

Great communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.

Mandarin-speaking ability required (client requirement).
