Job descriptionMinimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in construction materials (e.g., screed, flooring systems, coatings or relevant construction materials). Strong network with architects, consultants, main contractors, and developers . Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an advantage). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Possess own transport and willing to travel locally. Work with innovative and eco-friendly materials that redefine modern surfaces. Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell screed and construction materials , including the GranoPave product range , to architects, developers, main contractors, and project consultants.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and property development sectors.
- Identify new project opportunities and follow up from specification to order closing.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical briefings with clients and design teams.
- Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project tracking reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
