The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in managing financial resources and optimizing budgetary processes within the organisation. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and will require extensive travelling outstation within Malaysia.

• Lead Financial Planning : Oversee annual budgeting and monthly forecasting to align with strategic and operational goals.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and recommend cost-efficiency improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with operational teams to consolidate inputs and validate financial assumptions.
• Reporting & Insights : Prepare and present dashboards and reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Strategic Support : Contribute to financial strategy development and support decision-making through accurate forecasting.
• Governance & Risk : Ensure compliance with financial policies, support audits, and conduct financial risk analysis.
