Requirements :

Candidates must possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in the system integration industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

The Field Technician is responsible for ensuring that all projects by Enviromet Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (EMT) are monitored in a timely and effective manner, meeting deliverable timelines, quality standards, client satisfaction, and resolving any issues arising during project execution.

Roles of Field Technician include :

Actively perform assigned tasks in EMT projects from the inauguration stage until project handover.

Able to work on shift duties (12 hours).

Respond effectively and urgently to project and client needs.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as repairs, as required under the SLA with clients.

Attend site surveys as required for new projects.

Provide quality service to customers by offering technical advice and recommending improvements.

Maintain good relationships with customers and uphold EMT's reputation at all times.

Contribute to team success by accomplishing related tasks as required.

Remain positive and proactive, work collaboratively in a team, and be willing to travel.

Maintain good communication and relationships with colleagues and management.
