Back End Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back End Developer.

Responsibilities

  • Define and write technology specifications, including appropriate technologies and workflows to meet coding standards.
  • Demonstrate and present implementations to team leaders / CTO.
  • Train and guide developers.
  • Ensure software meets quality, security, maintainability, and extensibility requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews, identify anti‑patterns, and refactor where possible.
  • Write efficient, optimized code.
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues alongside team members.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Senior‑level role with strong experience in Python (mandatory).
  • BSc in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of software design and architecture.
  • Strong technical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience with software quality assurance principles.
  • Experience with code optimization.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes.
  • Experience with SOA.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Experience building microservices and managing containerized applications.
  • Experience with WebSocket communication.
  • Some experience in frontend development.
  • Experience with Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of web security standards and best practices.
