Building Maintenance Technician

Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs & services

Perform basic rectification and servicing works to electrical, mechanical & plumbing equipment

Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical & electrical equipment on a scheduled basis

Respond and attend to tenants' emergency maintenance request

Assist in monitoring all works being performed by outsourced contractors

Assist in monitoring & maintaining all building systems as assigned

Responsible for alerting Superior / Manager of any unusual occurrence and / or damage that have taken place or that may occur.

Requirements :

Minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience in building maintenance & services, M&E systems repairs and services

Ability to communicate fluently in BM and English

Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Knowledge and skills in safety awareness.

Qualifications :

SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any related fields
