Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduates Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

Good in writing and spoken language (s) in Malay and English.

Candidate must posses own transport and willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara.

Willing to travel and work outstation.

Willing to work beyond office hours.

Support computer hardware, software and networking.

Responsibilities

To learn and master the full range of our Casio ECR / Pos products.

Support the ECR Dealer (major) and ECR Direct Sales installations nationwide.

May need to travel with ECR Dealer Salesman to visit the ECR Dealers to discuss, provide consultation and to assist in implementation of all the company sold products to the Dealer customers.

To deliver and arrange for the Cash Register / Orca or any Back-Office software installation.

To acquire knowledge on processes in store automation for retail, food and beverage industries for the purpose of successfully implementing our ORCA products.

Provide telephone as well as "on line" support to Dealers' customers when needed.

To update all salesmen, Support and Dealers on Technical bulletin and Technical notes by e-mail after receive for QA or Dept Head side.

To provide training for dealers / customers who send their staff to our office for training.

In charge for the support line (Dealer) for installation and programming.

To support and setup exhibitions and road show with Dealers nationwide.

Eventually after graduation will be assign to handle some dealer sales account.
