Waiter / Waitress (Banquet)

Overview

A Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all patrons. Act as a liaison between outlets and its guests by providing customer service, creating an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. To provide personalized and immaculate service guest service. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and established rules and policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Service

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner.

Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely preparation of food.

Present bills to customers and process payments.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Work closely with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure efficient service.
