JOB SCOPE
The position is responsible to support the sales head in driving sales performance, managing key partnerships and executing strategic initiatives across bancassurance channels. The role involves leading sales teams in wealth, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer engagement to achieve canopy target.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies to drive bancassurance product performance across all branches.
Lead, coach and support sales team to achieve assigned targets in APE and NBP.
Monitor daily sales performance and provide timely feedback, support and intervention where needed.
Coordinate closely with bank partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and campaign execution.
Conduct regularly sales meeting and performance reviews to build sales team capability.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field (Master’s or professional certifications like CFP preferred)
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role in wealth management
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning and bancassurance.
Sales and achievement-oriented with positive mindset and a good team-player.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and strategic thinking skills.
Passionate about supporting and coaching role.
