Functional (job responsibilities)
- Collaborate closely with key project stakeholders, including Property and Facility Management, IT, RCGM, RMO, branch representatives, Branch Manager, CSOM, Mams, and Procurement, amongst others to coordinate and facilitate all necessary project activities.
- Develop a feasible execution plan and diligently monitor the progress of all assigned projects.
- Any risks, issues, or dependencies that could affect the project scope, timeline, or budget will be carefully tracked, promptly escalated, and actively resolved.
- Maintain active engagement with all relevant parties to ensure project deliverables align with the established Project Plan.
- Working closely with stream leads to ensure tasks are executed according to the agreed plan and will identify and manage critical interdependencies to maintain the overall project timeline.
- Facilitate and coordinate project status meetings, ensuring that any risks are highlighted and escalated for timely resolution.
- Keeping stakeholders informed about project status, issues and progress.
- Responsible for preparing EAR documents when necessary.
Managerial (team / group responsibilities)
Regularly connect with other work streams to identify any interdependencies between tasks assigned to help proactively address potential roadblocks.For key items that require escalation or decisions, schedule meetings to involve the relevanternance forum to ensure there is necessary oversight and input.To highlight risks and issues promptly and actively manage potential problems and consistently monitor the progress to stay on track.Regular progress updates to be provided to the Line Manager, Management, Stakeholders, and team members. This will keep all parties informed of our advancements and any challenges are encounter.Experience / Requirements
Minimum 5 years related working experience in Financial Institution including experience in Project Management.Strongmunication skills - clear and concisemunication with all stakeholdersOrganizational skills - Planning, scheduling and managing resources effectivelyProblem solving - Identifying and resolving issues as they ariseAnalytical skills - Analyzing data and making informed decisions. Well versed with Ms Excel will be added advantage.Financial analysis (which includes budgeting and cost control / management)Interpersonal skills - Building relationship with stakeholders and team members.Education / Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance or a recognized professional tertiary qualification in related field & / or with related working experience.About Hong Leong Bank
