Overview
Document Controller responsible for establishing and maintaining document management systems, handling receipt, classification, tracking, distribution, version control, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a structured document management system for projects and company records.
- Manage the receipt, classification, tracking, and distribution of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Administer version control processes to ensure accuracy of revisions and approvals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support timely submissions and compliance.
- Maintain registers for drawings, contracts, specifications, and correspondence.
- Safeguard sensitive information by enforcing confidentiality and security procedures.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure document control standards are consistently applied.
- Archive inactive files and manage record disposal in line with retention policies.
- Prepare documentation and reports required for audits.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in document control.Proficient in document management systems and Microsoft Office applications.Familiarity with IATF standards and project documentation workflows.#J-18808-Ljbffr
