Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support Soarability's global projects. This role blends technical implementation with customer success and consultative engagement. You will be responsible for deploying our equipment, training customers, providing ongoing support, and delivering valuable insights to optimize product adoption.
The position requires frequent international travel to work directly with clients, while offering the flexibility to work from home in Malaysia when not traveling. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to client success, influence product development, and gain global exposure in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive successful implementation of Soarability products for clients, ensuring seamless deployment, training, and adoption.
- Deliver expert guidance on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting to optimize client outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate client performance and proactively address any operational issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
- Gather, assess, and communicate client feedback to internal Product and R&D teams to support continuous product improvement and innovation.
- Leverage industry expertise to provide clients with valuable data insights, actionable recommendations, and guidance on optimal product solutions to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Foster strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and providing high-value support throughout the customer journey.
- Support additional strategic initiatives as needed to enhance customer experience and business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above (Diploma holders with strong experience considered).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently under pressure.Service-oriented with attention to detail, patience, and a positive attitude.Fluent in spoken English, able to read and write Chinese (Mandarin), and conversational in Malay for professional and client-facing communication.Willingness to travel frequently across international markets.What We Offer
