Job Summary
BridgeNet Solutions is acting as the 4PL provider for a global client. Control Towers are regional hubs that direct operational activities and provide visibility to the client. As the Control Tower Operations Business Coordinator, you will play a critical part in the tactical execution of the 4PL solution by planning transportation, monitoring exceptions, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. This role provides the opportunity to make a clear impact on BridgeNet’s success through its importance as the first line of defense for transportation execution.
Essential Functions (Primary)
- Execute freight transport, load, and consolidation planning
- Execute 3PL nominations and booking process for all MOTs
- Proactively identify and resolve disruptions or delays in the supply chain, working with 3PL providers, internal teams, and vendors to mitigate issues
- Act as the point of contact for freight transport related communication with vendors, 4PL customer, and 3PLs
- Provide solutions to shipment specific questions and inquiries to client with options
- Monitor and follow up on non-compliant or missing communication events
- Other functions as assigned by superiors within scope

Operational knowledge of both SEA and AIR with added knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling is an advantageStrong interpersonal skills and experience working with APAC environmentIndustry experience in 4PL or 3PL rolesSound understanding of a service organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is essentialAbility to prioritize tasks to achieve objectivesAbility to perform in a multicultural matrix environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Education
