About the Role
This role is responsible for coordination and completion of business solutioning & project(s) on agreed time, within budget and within agreed scope / objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor & summarize progress of project.
- Responsible for defining, tracking, and communicating in a consistent & effective manner and incorporating effective change and risk management controls at project(s) level.
- Prepare reports for management regarding status of project(s).
- To explore the current developments & future trends in the insurance market. Study the new & future areas of development and recommend the various projects / initiatives based on the research & findings applicable to AHS.
- Provide transparency to team members / SMEs on roles & responsibilities and resource assignment based on projects / initiatives.
- Represent department (PIC) for coordinating all cross functional project, ad hoc requests for system changes / improvements, BAU projects, system incidents etc.
Job Requirements
Degree graduate (or above) in numerate field e.g., Actuarial Science, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistic, or Computer Science.The least 5 years of related working experience in project managements or relevant fields. Experience in Insurance Operations or Healthcare analytics would be a plus.Proven understanding of data models, mining, segmentation, machine learning techniques and algorithms will be an advantage.Superb communication and presentation skill with the ability to articulating findings insights to collaborators and senior management.Adaptive to change and flexible in an evolving and fast paced working environment.
