Job descriptionOversee and manage the financial reporting process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and cost management. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic planning. Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable. Support audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process. Drive process improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Confidential Role should have :
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry is a plus.
