Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team to exceed revenue and performance targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on market and competitor insights.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Train and upskill the team on products and sales techniques.
- Present product value at meetings, trade shows, and events.

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Marketing)Proven experience in sales of healthcare >5 years, with a proven track record of success.
Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is often preferred.In-depth knowledge of medical products and their applicationsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.Familiarity with sales management software, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.Varick Lee | R
