Overview

CSL Global Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a pioneer in IT consultancy and system development with over 26 years of delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. We\'re looking for an Assistant Manager - Software Developer to lead our talented team and drive impactful projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering to final deployment.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.
Design system architecture and ensure performance, security, and scalability.
Mentor team members, review code, and enforce best practices.
Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure robust deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Experience with RESTful APIs.

Experience in Power BI or Python is a plus.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin / Cantonese (to liaise with stakeholders in Hong Kong).
