Job description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer who can drive the digitalization of our automation portfolio management process, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation. The successful candidate will also serve as a Project Leader, responsible for managing automation projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

Job Description

In your new role you will : Project Leader :

Digitalization of Automation Portfolio Management :
Design, develop and deploy digital tools, platforms, and systems to enhance portfolio management, including data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions with existing processes, ensuring seamless data exchange and workflow optimization.
Identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities, assessing their impact on business outcomes and ROI.
Lead automation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgets, ensuring effective project execution and control.
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including team members, customers, and vendors, to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
Identify and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing contingency plans as needed.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, engineering, or a related field, with a focus on digitalization and project leadership.

Proven track record of successfully leading digitalization initiatives and managing automation projects.

Excellent project management skills, with experience project management tools (e.g., MS Project, KLUSA).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.

Nice to have :

Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, AI, and machine learning.

Knowledge of low code platforms and services (e.g., OutSystems).

Certification in project management (e.g., IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master).
