The Group supports luxury retail, online commerce, consumer marketing & analytics, and supply chain management with a diverse team across 15 markets.

Role Purpose

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial & independent, possesses the ability to think strategically and analytically, and is personable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPIs
• Manage brand A&P and P&L to maximize brand investments & ROI
• Collaborate with demand planning on forecasting future launches and monthly business needs
• Plan and execute commercial business plans with Brand Manager
• Work with marketing to develop integrated plans from product launches to promotions to grow brands
• Develop e-commerce strategies to increase brand engagement and sales
• Develop, drive and execute brand merchandising guidelines across retail channels
• Lead the brand with cross-functional teams from sales, marketing, finance, and operations
• Work with trade partners to ensure brand exposure and mechanics are consistently managed and well presented
