Join bp as an Industrial Marketing Manager - APAC

This role bridges global marketing strategy with execution across Asia Pacific. It ensures alignment, connectivity, and capability-building across the diverse APAC markets, enabling consistent delivery of industrial growth objectives. The role supports in-market teams and acts as the regional point of expertise for industrial marketing.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Translate global marketing strategy into frameworks and toolkits.
  • Partner with global marketing to localize offers, campaigns, and product strategies for ASPAC markets.
  • Support in-market industrial marketing teams in planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Identify commonalities and differences across markets to advise strategy and portfolio development.
  • Lead deployment of new global offers across ASPAC, ensuring timely and rollout.
  • Provide regional insights and feedback to global teams to develop future product and offer development.
  • Facilitate cross-market partnership and knowledge sharing to build industrial marketing capability.
  • Supervise and evaluate regional performance against volume, margin, and market share targets.
  • Act as the focal point for marketing in ASPAC within forums such as PU implementation planning and strategic reviews.

Education :

  • University degree or equivalent experience in Science, Engineering, Marketing or related subject area.
  • Experience :

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial sectors.
  • Validated experience in regional or global roles with cross-market exposure.
  • Strong understanding of industrial product portfolios and customer segments.
  • Experience in strategy translation, offer deployment, and capability building.
  • Personal values aligned with that of BP
