operations manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager with more than 10 years of working experience to oversee and manage end-to-end factory operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, optimal resource utilization, and continuous improvement across production, quality, planning, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Lead and manage daily factory operations, including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Logistics.

2) Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

3) Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet output, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

4) Ensure compliance with all relevant manufacturing standards, including ISO, EHS, and industry regulations.

5) Work closely with top management to align operational strategies with business goals.

Requirements :

1) Minimum 10 years of working experience in PCB manufacturing or a related industry, with at least 5 years in an operational leadership role.

2) Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially in PCB production.

3) Strong command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

4) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.

5) Proven track record in managing teams, improving factory performance, and driving operational excellence.
