Our MNC client is looking for HR & Admin Executive to be based at their George Town, Penang office.
Human Resources :
- Deliver end-to-end support for HR operations and office administration.
- Oversee payroll preparation with accuracy and manage reimbursement claims.
- Lead the recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely fulfillment of talent needs.
- Handle employee documentation, including contracts, leave records, and appraisal processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain and update employee databases and personnel files systematically.
Employee Engagement and Welfare :
Facilitate staff engagement activities and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee welfare.Office Administration :
Manage administrative operations, including office facility upkeep and maintenance services.Key Requirements :
