Your Mission
Systems Management & Optimization
- Ensure systems are configured to support business processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to manage system upgrades, integrations, and user support.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures to monitor procurement performance, spend analytics, supplier performance, and contract compliance.Deliver high-quality, actionable insights to support strategic sourcing, category management, and cost-saving initiatives.Standardize data definitions and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.Process Improvement & Governance
Map and optimize procurement processes and workflows in alignment with system capabilities.Establish and enforce data governance and procurement reporting standards across business units.Support internal and external audits by ensuring appropriate system controls and reporting accuracy.Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Lead a team of procurement analysts, data specialists, and systems support staff partner with category management, finance, compliance, and IT to align procurement systems and reporting with business objectives.Champion digital transformation within the procurement function, driving adoption and user training initiatives.Ensure procurement activities and reporting comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.7–10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, data analytics, or systems management, with at least 3 years in a leadership / managerial role.Why Join Us?
