What you'll be doing
Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, SEO, EDM, etc.).
Manage and monitor the performance of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and optimize digital content such as graphics, videos, captions and blog posts to support marketing campaigns.
Analyze website traffic, social media analytics, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital dashboards.
Manage online advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) and optimize campaigns for ROI and conversion rates.
Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices to improve marketing strategies.
Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, social media growth, and marketing ROI.
Collaborating with the marketing and e-commerce teams to create engaging and visually appealing content to attract and convert potential customers.
Contributing to the development and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy to support the company's business objectives
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, SEO / SEM and any marketing platform.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
Creative mindset and the ability to develop engaging content and visuals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, and digital advertising platforms.
