Overview
We are hiring for the Customer Service Executive - Mandarin Speaker role at Limocab (M) Sdn Bhd . Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling booking inquiries professionally and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the dispatch team. You will also support day-to-day operations and report to the Reservation Manager, who is authorized to act on all matters related to reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Relay accurate booking information to the dispatch team.
- Confirm bookings with vehicle and driver details to customers.
- Monitor and update drivers’ availability.
- Maintain and update trip statuses in the system in real-time.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions and communications.
- Analyze customer feedback and escalate issues to management.
- Report incidents or complaints and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate driver assignments based on availability and fairness.
- Support operational goals aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Able to speak and read Mandarin.Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Experience in transport / logistics or a similar field is a plus.Job Benefits
