The Senior Billing Executive is responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for billing-related consumer services or products.

Make an Impact by :

  • Conduct and lead the team in user acceptance testing (UAT) for billing system after the enhancements are made.
  • Review the test plan and test result provided by TMO.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to finalize billing requirements.
  • Prepare briefing materials and conduct briefing to the operations team prior to the launch of new initiatives.

    • Process Improvement

  • Review processes, identify gaps and recommend enhancement within the area to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Support digital transformation, involve in digitalization projects and automation of work processes.

    • Training

  • Provide comprehensive training to team members and reporting staff for succession planning and back-up.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Manager.

    • Skills for Success :

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / IT / Business or equivalent.
  • Preferably minimum 4 years of UAT experience for billing system with the experience of leading a team.
  • Preferably minimum 1-2 years of exposure to Automation tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, eye for detail, meticulous and digital savvy.
  • Possess effective communication skills to deal with stakeholders.
  • Able to write and communicate clearly in English.
