Job description

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed fresh graduates to join our team under the PROTÉGÉ (Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs) Program . This program provides hands-on working experience, soft skills training, and career development opportunities in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operations and departmental tasks.
  • Support projects and administrative functions as assigned.
  • Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development sessions.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve workflow and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, IT, Finance, Construction and other disciplines, etc.
  • Graduated within the last 3 years and currently unemployed / underemployed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team.
