About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple business functions. This role combines strategic workforce planning , business partnering , and operational execution — perfect for someone who enjoys both building strategy and delivering measurable results.

You will represent the HR function in recruitment-related discussions with business stakeholders, driving hiring plans, improving processes, and establishing recruitment analytics and dashboards to strengthen decision-making and talent pipeline visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles and levels.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and develop actionable hiring strategies.
  • Represent the HR function in recruitment-related meetings and workforce planning discussions .
  • Build and manage hiring dashboards , metrics, and analytics to monitor performance and guide decisions.
  • Support strategic workforce planning and contribute to process and framework development.
  • Drive employer branding , employee referral , and internship initiatives to build sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using digital tools and data insights to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Coach and guide recruitment team members to strengthen delivery standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, standards, and employment regulations.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 7–11 years of HR experience , with at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition .
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in workforce planning , talent strategy , or HR business partnering .
  • Ability to build and maintain recruitment dashboards and analytics reports.
  • Exposure to financial services , technology , or other fast-paced industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS tools is an advantage.
  • Confident, proactive, and adaptable — capable of influencing and representing HR to business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
