SUMMARY This role primarily focuses on conceptualising and creating engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate with consumers. Responsibilities include illustrating concepts, ensuring high-quality output, managing multiple projects within budget and timelines. The role involves collaborating with various teams to present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and support marketing campaigns. Overall, the purpose is to drive brand engagement and support marketing initiatives through innovative and visually appealing design solutions. KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES -Conceptualize and Create Visuals Develop engaging visual content from concept to final execution, including graphics and photos, to support brand and marketing objectives. -Project Management Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within budget and design specifications, effectively prioritising tasks to meet deadlines. -Brand Alignment Ensure all creative work aligns with the company's brand guidelines, visual identity, and overall direction. Collaborate closely with the design, sales, and marketing teams. -Artwork Preparation Prepare and deliver finished artwork using the appropriate design tools and equipment, ensuring high-quality output for print and digital use. -Client and Stakeholder Presentation Present design concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders or clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed. -Timeline and Deliverables Management Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time, in line with project objectives and management direction. -Creative Contribution Contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and creative initiatives while staying informed of design trends and new technologies.
