R&D Project Manager / Senior Developer

Responsible for in‑time and cost‑efficient development of machines according to technical specification.

Ensure projects are completed in time, formulate and execute a medium‑term plan in line with the corporate direction.

Explore new technology and keep abreast of recent developments in the market and think of creative ways to market the products.

Responsible groups : Mechanical & Electronics Design, Vision, Software & Process Engineering.

Work closely with the local team and regional team in strategic planning.

Coordinate between operation and procurement throughout the project cycle.

Impart product knowledge to staff, train, develop, motivate and supervise the performance of the R&D team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, technology) is required.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant industries and technologies are necessary.
• Extensive experience : at least 10 years in research and development, project management, and team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
