Digital Solution Architect

The Digital Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing solution architectures that include Digital / AI product development, third‑party partner solution onboarding, and business platforms. The role reports to the Enterprise group and intermediates between business teams and internal / external technical partners to develop scalable, reliable digital capabilities that integrate to enterprise systems, while ensuring correct architecture, automation, cybersecurity and standards according to policies and best practices.

What are you accountable for?

• Analyze business requirements, evaluate feasibility, define and design solutions to deliver digital products and platform architectures aligned to existing systems and out‑of‑the‑box functionalities.
• Provide technical leadership in digital and AI product design, including cloud platforms, data, automation, API integration and security, and proactively validate, challenge, and recommend solutions that best meet business objectives.
• Establish architecture blueprints, document detailed solution designs, process / system flows, impact analysis and dependencies to guide implementation, ensuring compliance and governance.
• Supervise end‑to‑end technical and performance test planning, defect resolution and go‑live for partners and enterprise integrations.
• Work with technical and support teams to implement strong DevSecOps processes, tools and mechanisms to achieve superior customer experience and operational excellence.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, recommending strategies to drive digital innovation, adoption and increase business value.
• Manage third‑party partners and solution vendors in the digital services value chain from customer journey to configuration and platform provider specific enhancements.
