Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic House Cleaner to join our team at M TELECOMMUNICATIONS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur . As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our house premises on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, sanitize, and tidy up guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities
  • Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and disinfect high-touch surfaces
  • Ironing the clothes if necessary
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items
  • Handle laundry, linen, and cleaning equipment properly
  • Follow daily cleaning checklists and schedules provided by the supervisor
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and tools
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and comply with health & safety regulations
  • Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an office cleaner or in a similar cleaning role
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently to complete tasks on schedule
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Positive & friendly attitude
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, enabling effective communication with colleagues and guests
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitization, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness
